<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device compact and lightweight, reduce the cost, and improve the performance of an engine, by manufacturing an intake manifold by combining the parts obtained by resin molding, without using a core. SOLUTION: An inner tube 3 is inserted into a cylindrical tubular part 2a of an outer casing 2, and stopped by an outer casing cover 4. The positioning in the circular direction, of the outer casing 2 and the inner tube 3, is performed by the engagement parts 9, 10. The air entered from an inlet 16, reaches a serge tank 5 through a throttle valve 12. Further the air is entered into a manifold duct 6 from a manifold duct inlet 3d, flowed in the circular manifold duct 6 circulated around a cylindrical part 3a, and guided to an intake port of a cylinder not shown in a drawing, through an outlet 2d from a straight duct 7 in the downstream of the manifold duct 6.</p> |
