SOLUTION: A plurality of vacuum pumps 1 coupled to an outdoor machine on a conveyor 7 through a vacuum hose 12 are provided. The vacuum pumps 11 are respectively mounted on cages and the respective cages are conveyed in a direction and at a speed equivalent to the advancing direction and the speed of a conveyor 7 along a cage rail, A feed rail 4 to feed a power to the vacuum pumps 1 are arranged in parallel to the cage rail and inside the cage rail. Energization sections and non-energization sections are alternately arranged at the feed rail 4, and a power is fed to the vacuum pumps 1 through a power cable coupled to the feed rail 4 through a brush.</p> |
