PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform a slip limit in a torque converter to be caused by an alteration of a driving state from that of a slipped variable being kept less than the target value. SOLUTION: At the time when a deceleration time complete lockup area is judged (22), lockup clamping force minimally necessary for making a torque converter slipped variable into zero is subjected to map detection (24), and any excess or deficiency of the said clamping force map value is learned and controlled (25). When a slip lockup area is judged (21), a deviation to the target value of an actual slipped variable is calculated (26), thereby seeking a slip control command value conformed to it (27). Next, a learning control value is read out(25), and in the case where the slip control value at a figure 27 is judged to be smaller than a deceleration time complete lockup clamping force learned value (29), the slip control command value is outputted after being displaced to this deceleration the complete lockup clamping force learned value (30). |
