When a slip lockup area is judged (21), a deviation to the target value of an actual slipped variable is calculated (26), thereby seeking a slip control command value conformed to it (27). Next, a learning control value is read out(25), and in the case where the slip control value at a figure 27 is judged to be smaller than a deceleration time complete lockup clamping force learned value (29), the slip control command value is outputted after being displaced to this deceleration the complete lockup clamping force learned value (30).
