A magneto-optic recording medium and its reproducer by which reproduced data having excellent characteristics can be obtained with a sample construction. The magneto-optic recording medium which has a plurality of first grooves (3) whose side walls (at least side walls of one side) are wobbled in accordance with address information, address marks (21) which are represented by the changing widths of lands provided between second grooves (which are connected to the first grooves) and third grooves (3) whose side walls on both the sides are symmetrical and wobbled periodically and which are so formed in data parts on which data are magnetically recorded so as to be connected to the second grooves and its reproducer are provided.
