PURPOSE:To stick two sheets together efficiently. CONSTITUTION:A first sheet Pa is positioned on a first base 1a by means of aligners 10a, 13a and the first sheet Pa and a second sheet Pb are fixed by means of electrostatic sucking plates 5a, 5b. The sheets are pivoted around an axis 3 to stack them on each other and a protrusion 15 is fitted into a long hole 16 to position the first and second bases 1a, 1b. By superposing the first base 1a on the second base 1b, the sheets Pa, Pb are stuck together by means of adhesives interposed between the sheets. |
