Mistletoe chitin-binding lectin

摘要

Mistletoe chitin-binding lectin in the form of a homo-dimeric protein consisting of two identical subunits with a molecular weight of 10.8 kDa, is new. Also claimed is a process for producing the lectin by extraction from plant material followed by chromatography.
