Electrical equipment housing

A housing for electrical units comprises box-shaped wall- parts joined together in which the control/servicing side of the housing is provided with at least one removable sealing part (3) through which the electrical devices are made accessible. The floor (4), top (5) and rear-wall (6) wall parts are joined together with a self-supporting base part (1) such that the sides (2) are seated on to the base in a simple assembly step and then joined to it. The base part (1) is designed as a deformable structure such that the floor-part (4) and the top (5) can be displaced between a position normal to the rear-wall (6) and an obtuse-angled position.
