The ginseng chicken broth which is instantly cooked in water or microwave oven is produced by (1) The abdominal cavity of chicken for ginseng chicken broth is filled with additional ingredients, boiled in 90-100 dg C boiling water and cooled. (2) Place this into the bag with moderate seasonings and seal it. (3) The sealed bag is sterilized in 90-100 deg C boiling water, frosted quickly, dried and deposited in a freezing state. |
