The axial handle comprises two relative rotatable branches (12,14) on which there are associated regulating systems (19,20). The contact is brought about by compression whilst in an obtained position is locked against expansive rotation. At least one of the regulating system's active has a positioning system (26) that is movable in a permanent adjustment position. To achieve the adjustment position, the positioning system may be, firstly, movable in a first position in which the regulating systems may be held in all rotation positions of the branches outside the contact/engagement.
