An information using circuit of the memory chip where controls the access of the appropriate memory chip because of storing the information of chip, outputting the stored data according to the input, and outputting the appropriate control signal using the system controller. The memory of the said circuit consists of a control signal generating means that output the selection control signal according to the input signal, an information storing means that output the stored information according to the selection control signal, and a data conversion means that output the converted output of the information storing means.
