PURPOSE:To obtain rotating speed control, excellent in following property, by a method wherein the title device is provided with a means, operating a time from a reference time point to the output of a speed commanding pulse based on the total number of output of a speed detecting pulse and the period of the same, and another means, operating a phase difference between the speed detecting pulse and the speed commanding pulse. CONSTITUTION:A DC servomotor 10 is driven by a driver unit 11 to move an optical system 17. The rotating pulse of a rotary encoder 12 is given to an encoder signal input unit while a detecting output is given to a control unit 14. The control unit 14 detects a phase difference between a speed detection pulse and a speed commanding pulse and effects the operating process of the servomotor 10 to operate PWM data to give it to a PWM unit 16 and provide the driver unit 11 with a driving signal. According to this method, rotating speed control, excellent in following property, may be obtained. |
