Instant processed food using chicken feet or gizzard is produced by the following processes. (1) Blend the red pepper paste 5~15wt. %, starch syrup 1~6wt. %, fined onion 2~10wt. %, fined green onion 2~9wt. %, minced garlic 0.5~3wt. %, minced ginger 0.05~0.2wt. %, powdered red pepper 0.2~1wt. %, black pepper 0.2~1wt. % and sodium L-glutamate 0.1~0.2wt. % to the 52~62 wt. % of the washed edible part of chicken feet or gizzard. (2) The mixture is baked in an oven by heating it up for 3~12 minutes. (3) Vaccume warp it after mixing the baked mixture with spice 0.1~0.3wt. % that contents red pepper paste 1~6wt. %, starch syrup 1~3wt. %, powdered sesame 0.03~0.1wt. %, glucos 83~90%, oleoresin allspice 4~8% and glycerin fatty acid esters 4~8%, and sesame oil 0.03~0.1wt. % and white sugar 0.02~0.1wt. %. |
