Variable floor structure of railway goods wagon

The floor structure of a goods wagon (20), which carries different load units (4), includes a wagon frame (3) connected to dolleys, which contain wheels or wheel sets (2). A first loading surface (11) is arranged in the regions (L1) above the wheel sets and a second loading surface (12) is fixed to the wagon frame between the wheel sets and below the level of the top edges (21) of the wheels. Movable elements (1) form a third loading surface (13), which is arranged in the space (L2) between the first surface. The top face of the second surface is flat, at least in the possible regions of contact with load units. The movable elements consist of cover parts (7), which are much shorter than the second and third surfaces. The cover parts may be moved by a tilting mechanism between a horizontal position to form the third surface and a vertical position (P2) or may be removed from the horizontal position to a separate storage position.
