The system comprises a basic scanning panel with several contact points (5) and test contacts (9), for producing an electric connection respectively between a test point of the PCB to be tested and the contact points. At least two test contacts emanate from at least one contact point. Each test contact is contactable with a test point of the electric PCB to be tested. The test contacts which emanate from a common contact point, respectively stand in contact with a test point of a mains (N1,N2), so that the mains fulfil the adjacency criterion. A unit is provided for the masking of one or more of the electrical connections between contact points.
