The improvements apply to connections of the type which include a central body which receives, via one end, the terminal connecting to the perfusion container and, via the other end, the terminal of the conduit carrying the catheter, so that the terminal carrying the needle has outer guide means arranged symmetrically with respect to said needle in a position encasing the latter and is capable of being guided in said central body carrying the disinfecting element which is joined to the pieces respectively coupled to the conduit connected to the perfusion container and to the conduit coupled to the catheter in a leaktight and non-detachable manner, achieving improved guiding of the needle and a highly aseptic connection. <IMAGE>
