Laser maintenance and repair equipment, comprising a laser oscillator (7), an associated laser beam guide (8) and an emitter head (12) for bunching the laser beam and targetting the beam on a given working area. The beam guide (8) consists of fluid tight tubular parts (9a to 9h) provided with reflecting elements (13a, 13b) and at least one mechanism for actuating horizontal and vertical rotation and travel.
