FIELD: mining industry, more specifically, technique of formation stimulation by low hydrostatic pressure. SUBSTANCE: device has sleeve body with spring flaps in its upper part, additional sleeve with flaps of elastic material placed in sleeve body. Flaps of additional sleeve overlap slots of sleeve body and are deformed together with spring flaps of sleeve body to seal its slots in working position of device. Spring flaps are formed by making longitudinal through slots in upper part of sleeve. Sleeve body is made of metal. Flaps of additional sleeve are made of rubber. Spring flaps are capable of increasing the diameter of sleeve body in device working position by 5-30%. During lowering of device into well, its diameter considerably decreases to pass satisfactory amount of fluid, and during its lifting, it expands to ensure tight contact with pipe walls and compensate for wear. Device smoothly rounds inclusions present in pipe (burrs, rolls, trash, rust, etc) and well enough seals all gaps. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
