<p>A material having a substrate and a coating formed on the surface of the substrate, in which the coating contains a resin swellable with water such as an acrylic copolymer, and a water-soluble compound such as polyethylene glycol. When such a coating is formed on the surface of a material such as an office automation sheet, inks and other deposits can be easily removed with water from the surface, and the office automation sheet can be repeatedly used. Thus, such a coating is useful for reserving resources and protecting environments. Furthermore, dirts can be easily removed from furniture, electric appliances, and the like. <IMAGE></p> |
