The present invention relates to process for preparing polyolefinic heterogeneous mixture which can improve interfacial adhesion and compatibility comprising melting blend a small amount of reactive low molecular compound and polyolefin and non-compatible secondary polymer with this polyolefin under the condition in weak kneading to effect said reactive low molecular is chemical or physical reacted with interfacial of said polyolefin and said secondary polymer to produce a copolymer of said two components.
