The first thin film(1) is deformed by mixing a high density polyethylene of powder state, a low density of polyethylene of linear and master batch, and the second thin film(2) is deformed with high density polyethylene and the third thin film(3) is deformed by mixing ethylene vinyl acetate, polyethylene of low density, linear low density polyethylene of powder state and a master batch. Film hose is formed by thermo anastomosis after the first, the second, and the third thin films are deformed.
