Disclosed is a safety belt that a passenger can fasten without visually confirming the fastener. The tip of the tongue is long enough for easy insertion; rollers rotate on the hinge axis on both sides of the buckle; a guide groove is in the buckle. Guide groove(4) is inside the buckle(2); elliptical rollers(6) are rotating on the hinge(5) axis; a coil spring(9) is wound on the hinge; the ends of the spring are hooked to the pin; a button(10) is projected to both ends of the tongue; elastic supports(13) are within the tongue; a return spring(11) is inserted between both supports(13); a lug(12) with tilt from front to rear is on one side of the support with the button and projects outward from the tongue. The device enables the passengers to fasten the seat belts conveniently and quickly without visual confirmation.
