Laminated glass with a composite layer and a layer for sealing the border as well as the application of special plastics for making such laminated glasses

Laminated glass pane has outer (A) and inner (B) sheets of glass and a single- or multilayer laminating layer (C), opt. with an integrated optically active coating, with a simple and/or complex boundary edge contg. the edges of (A) and (B). The edge is sealed with a structural layer (D) of sealing plastic (I) which follows the macro-geometry of the edge and has an emulsion fracture surface, i.e. (I) is applied as a free-flowing emulsion and then dried on the edge in a shape defined by surface tension. Layer (D) flows on the glass edges.
