The present invention refers to a constructive system, as well as to a block and the composition to manufacture said constructive block, wherein the constructive system essentially comprises a pile of a plurality of constructive units or blocks in an insert relationship, which are kept closely joined with each other by means of a fastening element such as a pin or threaded rod, the whole assembly being fastened to the construction base through an inverted T-shaped structural element, and an arch like structural element, both of said latter elements being configured out of structural steel, with the ends of said pin or threaded rod being tensed between said structural elements, and the wall being fixed by cross-configuration column elements at both ends thereof. Said base structural element is anchored to the work foundation by lead shields and screws and/or by welding to steel plates which support the said cross-shaped lateral columns. The constructive blocks comprise such a configuration so that they allow for the insertion thereof to adjacent constructive blocks, which are intermingled with each other in such a way that the cavities provided on their base element remain aligned with each other, so as to allow ducts to be installed for construction electrical and/or sanitary installations, as well as the pin or threaded rod to be inserted. The erection of said wall may be performed in site or a place other than the work location in which case, transportation of the integrally formed wall would be necessary.
