PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of sufficiently permeating into the details of parts in sealing of electrical and electronic parts because of low viscosity by using a specific polyol component. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component and the polyol component comprises (A) OH group containing liquid-like isoprene hydride and (B) a polyester polyol which is a liquid at ordinary temperature and has <=50 iodine value and is composed of (i) a fatty acid unit and (ii) a polyhydric alcohol unit and at least part of the component (i) comprises an oxyfatty acid oligomer unit consisting of two or more numbers of monomers obtained by condensing two or more fatty acids having OH groups or condensing a fatty acid having OH group with a fatty acid having no OH group. Furthermore, the fatty acid having OH group in the oxyfatty acid oligomer unit is preferably hydrogenated castor oil fatty acid or a mixture of the hydrogenated castor oil fatty acid with a castor oil fatty acid. The component B is preferably used in an amount of 10-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component A.
