PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize rational operation management for managed software supposing the payment of the value corresponding to a use quantity. SOLUTION: An operation management program 36 manages the operation of the managed software. When an in-management function is executed, a battery value is referred to and when the value is >=0, the execution of the function is allowed. The battery value is counted down as the function is executed. A supplementary value 32 is supplied by a supplementary disk 22 such as an FD to increase the battery value, and consequently the period of use of the managed software 18 can be extended. The supplementary value can be supplied even by using a communication line. |
