PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid sheet jamming by taking off a loose or warped section that takes place at the time of starting a rotary press, out of a folding machine before it goes in a nip. SOLUTION: In the device, a first rotatably mounted surface is provided, the first rotatably mounted surface is so designed as to be driven, a second rotatably mounted surface 10 is provided, and the second rotatably mounted surface is mounted on a bracket 1 in such a way that it can be moved. The first and second rotatably mounted surfaces are located in the product carrying area 14 of a folding machine, and the seond rotatably mounted surface is so designed as to allow a f section to be positively fed at the time of starting the machine in particular in order to deliver the section 16 out of the product carrying areas. |
