PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simple opening and closing, locking, and unlocking operation through one action and especially to facilitate operation even when globes are put on and hands are numb with cold and besides to simplify and facilitate realization of the operation. SOLUTION: A window opening and closed by a hinge 8, a door, an escape port door 5, and a pedal are numerated as an accessory opening closing body 7 to a moving shelter. In a case of the escape port door 5, a pin 26 is protruded in parallel to an inner surface in the vicinity of a free end and a latch mechanism 27 is arranged on the ceiling 2 side being a body 9. The latch mechanism 27 is provided with a cam at which the pin 26 is locked, a lever 32 at which a cam is locked, a first spring to energize a lock release position, and a second spring to energize the lever 32 toward a lock position, and displaceable to the lock position and the release position. |
