<p>A method of determining the cohesive intensities of cells by measuring cell aggregate surface tensions using a tissue surface tensiometer is provided. Methods of monitoring changes in the cohesive intensities of cells by measuring changes in the cell aggregate surface tensions using a tissue surface tensiometer are also provided. In addition, methods of identifying agents which increase the cohesive intensities of cells and agents which increase the cohesive intensities of cells identified by this method are provided.</p> |
