PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a stable operation by accurately judging the time for replacement of a chargeable battery and replacing the chargeable battery before it is deteriorated. SOLUTION: A battery deterioration detecting section 111 provided within a controller 11 of a device body section 10 obtains a variation amount of voltage values (ΔV/Δt) depending on the current battery voltage measuring value which is measured by a battery voltage measuring section 13 and compensated by the temperature detected by an external temperature measuring section 12 and the preceding measured value stored in the memory 15, compares the variation amount with a variation amount which the normal chargeable battery 20 can take, judges the chargeable battery 20 is deteriorated when the variation of the battery voltage from the preceding measured value is larger than the allowable range in comparison with the variation amount which the normal chargeable battery 20 can take, and urges a display section 18 to issue a message to replace the chargeable battery 20 with display of an alarm message. |
