PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support user's entire operations and also to flexibly correspond to the change of an operation. SOLUTION: When a service request such as document retrieval, etc., is received, a service execution module 23 fetches a corresponding service model 35 in a model management module 27 and carries out a service described on it referring to an operation model 31. In such a case, a tool control module 25 is requested to perform the start/control of a document management tool 29, etc., which is needed for the service. Also, a model operation module 24 performs the definition/change of the model 31 and the model 35 according to the instruction of a system manager, and a definition information generating module 26 reflects the content of the definition/change on a corresponded tool. |
