PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an output in some kind of form, even when a copying machine of a transmission destination is not provided with a setting function by executing substitute processing in the case that a designated function is not provided but a substitute processing function is provided and giving a print command of image data stored in a memory section to a print section. SOLUTION: A control section 24 checks whether or not a processing function (designated function) written in a document header file is provided and when provided, the designated function processing as to image data stored in a memory section 25 is executed, and a print command is given to a print section 23. In the case that the processing function (designated function) written in the document header file is not provided, the control section 24 checks whether or not substitute processing of the designated function is possible, and when possible, the substitute processing of the designated function as to the image data stored in the memory section 25 is executed and issues a print command to the print section 23. |
