PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict precise output time by predicting a document output time by means of various information on a document output device and the data structure of the document. SOLUTION: An output device information input device 1 stores a function for deciding the respective output times of the document output device X, Y,... in an output device information storage device 2. The device X and the document A are designated from an output time analysis request device 7. The output device information storage device 2 selects pertinent document output information (function and parameter). The document A which is read by a document information input device 4 is sent to a document information analysis device 5 and it is analyzed by parameter (slip data quantity, the number of pages in the slip and the like) information. An output time analysis device 6 calculates output prediction time by the function of output time and the analyzed result of the device 5. |
