PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automation, and to save the labor by providing a collection and control means to collect the vehicle data of a customer, a mechanism control means to insert an oil feed nozzle into an oil feed port of an automobile based on the vehicle data, an oil feed control means to feed the oil of the prescribed kind to the oil feed nozzle, and an accounting control means to account the price of the oil. SOLUTION: A collection control means 24 controls the vehicle data collection signal of a center control device 27, and transmits the vehicle data transmission and command signal to a vehicle data transmitter 22 through a transmitter 17. The vehicle data signal is received through a receiver 18, and transmits it to the center control device 27. The center control device 27 transmits the oil feed preparation signal to a mechanism control means 25, and receives the oil feed preparation completion signal from the mechanism control means 25, and transmits the oil feed start signal including the price data of the card and the oil kind data to an oil feed control means 26. The center control device 27 to receive the oil feed completion signal from the oil feed control means 26 transmits the oil feed completion signal to the mechanism control device 25, and transmits the accounting signal including the oil feed data to an accounting control means 23.
