<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solvent composition consisting essentially of methylene chloride, suppressing the volatilizing properties of the generated gas to prevent a human acute toxicosis and an environmental pollution caused by the volatile gas generated when dissolving a molding product of a polymer, and facilitating the recovery and treatment of the polymer compound. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100wt.% methylene chloride of a raw material, 6-18wt.% stabilizer (e.g. 1,2-butanediol) for suppressing volatilizing activities by chemically acting on the methylene chloride, 1.7-1.9wt.% water for progressing the activities of a stabilizer and 6-25wt.% low viscosity solvent (e.g. ethylene glycoles and butyl phthalate) for further regulating the volatilizing activities by acting on the adduct of the raw material with the stabilizer. The composition contains further 1-13wt.% detergent for removing the fouling attached to the polymer, 0.1-0.3wt.% agent for imparting non-electrolyte properties to prevent the volatilization, about 3wt.% perfume and 0.1wt.% enzyme for performing scission of the polymer compound to promote the dissolution thereof. The composition obtained by the preparation has a sufficient ability for dissolving the polymer molding product and facilitates recovery and treatment of the polymer compound after the treatment.</p> |
