PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a shoelace direction change device from being bulky, make it flexible and mitigate friction with a shoelace by a method wherein the shoelace direction change device has a guide member that is connected to a loop and has a slide face that allows a tying device to move inside the loop along a passage face. SOLUTION: Shoelace direction change devices 3 are arranged along the edges of outside and outside quarters 110a and 110b, facing each other across an opening 12. The shoelace direction change devices 3 each include a closed loop 30 that is connected to a guide member and are distributed so that a tying device 4 such as a shoelace alternately passes through the closed loops 30 of the shoelace direction change devices 3 on one side and those on the opposite side, forming intersections. The guide member has a slide face to allow the tying device 4 to pass inside the flexible closed loop 30 along the passage face. The passage face of the guide member has a certain degree of hardness. The guide member has the same width as that of the closed loop 30. |
