发明名称 PREPARATION METHOD OF OPTICAL SUPERLATTICE USING SUPERSONIC WAVES
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing an optical super lattice using supersonic waves is provided, to enable the periodic polarization reverse, to simplify the process and to lower the voltage applied from the outside. CONSTITUTION: An optical super lattice is prepared by 1) forming an electrode which exists the opposite side of the c-axis of an optically polished dielectric single crystal; 2) heating the single crystal at the predetermined temperature (Ti), applying the predetermined voltage to both ends of the electrode to form the dielectric polarization to the c-axis in a dielectric, and measuring a critical voltage (Vc) where the dielectric polarization occurs; 3) binding the dielectric to the upper side of a transducer which generates a progressing wave perpendicular to the c-axis of the single crystal, by applying voltage (Vi) from the outside; and 4) heating the bound body of the transducer and dielectric at the predetermined temperature (Ti), applying voltage (Vi) to both ends of the transducer, and applying voltage (VDC) which is smaller than the critical voltage of the dielectric.
