PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rotation prevention effect of an outer race for a housing. SOLUTION: An off-centered groove 10 is formed on the outer periphery surface of an outer race 5 and the outer periphery surface of a lacked ring shape off-centered ring 1a inserted in this off-centered groove 10 is friction- engaged with the inner periphery surface of a housing 3. An elastic deformation part having a prescribed length and size across a circumferential direction is installed on one part of this off-centered ring 1a. This elastic deformation part is stretched between the bottom surface 11 of the off-centered groove 10 and the inner periphery surface of the housing 3 in a mounted state to the housing 3. Consequently, the rotation prevention effect of the outer race 5 for the housing 3 is improved.
