<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record only desired information without setting time by providing control means for controlling a recording start or stop in a recording medium based on the result of comparison made by a comparing means. SOLUTION: A signal inputted from a device 11 which receives images or voice signals is compared with the recorded content of a storage device 12 for storing images or voice signals by a comparing device 13. When a program to be recorded by a user is started, a title or an announcement stored beforehand by the user is broadcast, the starting of the program to be recorded by the user is detected by the comparing device 13 and then the program is recorded in a device 3 for recording/ reproducing images or voices.</p> |
