PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to increase hot water durability of a bathtub part in an FRP bathtub-integrated waterproof pan integrally formed of a washing place floor and a bathtub. SOLUTION: Construction of a bathtub 14 is so constituted that a surface layer 18 of an acrylic resin layer is laminated on the layer of a back-up layer 16 with an FRP layer of the same material as that of a washing place floor 12 as the back-up layer 16. When the bathtub 14 is manufactured, the surface layer 18 is molded by vacuum molding of acrylic resin in advance, and after the preparatorily molded surface layer 18 is set in a mold, the washing place floor 12 and back-up layer 16 of FRP are monolithically formed and, at the same time, the surface layer 18 of acrylic resin is monolithically laminated on the surface of the back-up layer 16 in the bathtub 14 part to mold. |
