To secure the housing clearance of a file holder, by making it possible to open and draw out the left side and the right side insert plates, according to the thickness of the file holder to be drawn out from a conveyer unit, to the storing position of a file holder suspended in the parallel form. ! To a conveyer unit, a holding and conveying means 18 to hold the upper part of one file holder is provided to move forward and rearward to the entrance and the suspending position in the conveying unit. To the entrance in the conveying unit, a restore guide means 20 which consists of a pair of insert plates 21 and 21 rotation-energized at the positions of axes 53 in order to narrow the interval of the tips is provided. And when the file holder is drawn out form the position facing the entrance to the suspending position by the holding and conveying means 18, the restore guide means 20 is advanced toward the suspending position by the holding and conveying means 18, and the inner interval of the pair of the left side and the right side insert plates 21 and 21 is to be expanded by the drawing out file holder 2. !
