PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a navigation apparatus in which top priority is given to a safe running operation, which can grasp the driving margin degree of a driver and which can realize a stressless driving situation by a method wherein a dynamic information acquisition part, a data discrimination part, a driver's intention extraction part and the like are installed. SOLUTION: A self-contained sensor 19A senses a vehicle speed, a rotational angular velocity and the like. In addition, a brake sensor 19B, a steering sensor 19C and a driver sensor 20 are installed additionally. A data discrimination part 11 can discriminate whether data is information on a guidance route or not by adding a discrimination flag by area or the like. A driver extraction part 12 grasps a destination on the basis of a running track up to now and on the basis of route guidance information and an intention such as through where a driver intends to go to the destination from an intermediation point. A driving-margin-degree extraction part 13 judges a situation that the driver is situated within the crossing of a plurality of traffic lanes on the basis of position data, it judges the margin of an irritated feeling due to the movement or the like of a traffic lane on the basis of information by the sensor 19B or the sensor 19C or on the basis of a sudden acceleration, and it uses the movement of a line of sight by the sensor 20 and a change in the number of heartbeats as a reference for a judgment. |
