PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rational delivery plan based on order reception prediction with high accuracy by generating a temporary reception order with customer stock data and making a delivery plan. SOLUTION: A self company computer device receives tank quantity data 20-1 of a customer destination tank, which is transmitted via a customer destination computer device. Tank quantity to a delivery scheduled date is predicted from tank quantity data 20-1 and past delivery result 20-2 based on the content of a customer master 20-3 having ordering conditions decided for the respective customer destinations. Then, a delivery date and ordering quantity are calculated. The delivery scheduled date/time and a delivery vehicle type are allocated by the customer destination delivery condition in the customer master 20-3 and a temporary order 20-4 is generated. The delivery date/time and the delay vehicle are decided by the temporary order 20-4, delivery vehicle condition data 20-6 and a moving time master and a delivery plan table 20-5 is outputted. At the same time, the temporary order 20-4 is transmitted to the customer destination. |
