PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection of a flame and durability by detecting the feeble light with high sensivity in a characteristic feature region emitted by a flame. SOLUTION: In a flame sensor that uses a photodetector constituted of an Al-Ga-N based semiconductor material and detects light emitted by a flame, a film for preventing the reflection of light in an ultraviolet-ray region is provided at a side where the light enters in a photodetector PS, and the photodetector PS with the reflection prevention film is provided in a sealing member C for airtightly sealing against the outside. The sealing member C is made of an airtight container B, and the inside of the container B is filled with an inactive gas. |
