摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity without deteriorating the battery performance by covering a power generating element, which dose not include the non-aqueous electrolyte yet and to which a positive and a negative electrode leads are connected, with the outer decorative material in the condition that the positive and the negative electrode leads are led outside, and sealing an opening part made of the heat fusing resin with ultrasonic fusion. SOLUTION: A power generating element is housed in a recessed part 11 of an outer decorative material 1 in the condition that a positive and a negative electrode leads are extended outside. The outer decorative material 1 is folded so as to block the recessed part 11, in which the power generating element is housed, with a lid body 13, and the heat fusing resin film of the peripheral edge of the inner surface of the lid body 13 of the outer decorative material 1 and the heat fusing resin film of an opening edge part 12 of the recessed part 11 are fused for sealing by the ultrasonic fusion. At the time of ultrasonic fusion, heat is not easily generated in the heat fusing resin film due to the existence of the positive and negative metal electrode leads, and since the metal dissipates the heat even if the heat is generated, quick heating is not easily performed. The ultrasonic fusion is performed by previously heating the region where positive and the negative electrode leads exist or by heating such region. The ultrasonic wave uses vertical vibration, and the lateral vibration generates the friction between the lid body 13 and the opening edge 12 so as to prevent the generation of crack in the outer decorative material 1.
