PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote smooth communication in a chat system. SOLUTION: A keyword list 3 stores keywords. A keyword detecting part 2 detects that one of the keywords is transmitted from another user terminal on one of channels. A state detecting part 4 judges a user state based on the state of the user terminal in accordance with the detection of the keyword. A reporting part 9 transmits the user state onto the channel by which the keyword is transmitted. The report destination of the user state and the speech source of the keyword are stored in a report destination table 10 by correspondence and the report part 9 can report the user state to the report destination which is decided based on the report destination table. The real-time state of the user called by the keyword is reported and a conversation executed in real-time is supported to be smoothly executed.
