PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an unburnt oxygen amount in exhaust gas and heat loss of the exhaust gas, by arranging an exhaust gas recirculating line by which a part of exhaust gas in an exhaust heat recovering installation is recirculated to a gas turbine power generating installation, and a compressor by which air having a specific rate is supplied to a gasification installation. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas recirculating line 14 is branched from the middle of an exhaust gas releasing line 16 and connected to the compressor 5 of a gas turbine power generating installation. Exhaust gas in the exhaust gas recirculating line 14 is recirculated by a fan 17, and an exhaust gas flow is adjusted through a damper 18. Also, 100% of air required for the gasification installation is supplied by a compressor 15 separately arranged. The compressor 15 is arranged coaxially with the compressor 5 and a gas turbine 6. Exhaust gas is thusly recirculated, thereby unburnt oxygen can be reduced, and air taken in can be effectively utilized. Lastly, a heat quantity released from a funnel 13 to the atmosphere can be suppressed, and efficiency of power generation can be improved.
