PAPER FEEDING CARRIER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of achieving preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for nonconformity caused by the disturbance such as the change of paper material or usage environments and the nonconformity caused by the secular change or the like of a mechanism itself by performing the self-diagnosis of paper feeding state and carrying state in a paper feeding carrier device. SOLUTION: This paper feeding carrier system is provided with functions of the self-diagnosis and self-recovery. Therefor, the paper feeding carrier system is constituted of plural units 8. Control sequence for paper feeding carrying operation is imparted to the respective units 8 from a system main body 10. The units 8 execute the control sequence to perform the paper feeding and carrying operation. Also, the units 8 have a constitution capable of performing autonomous operation to autonomously perform fault diagnosis and fault recovery. The fault diagnosis and the fault recovery are performed in parallel with paper feeding carrying control. Thus, the paper feeding carrier system high in reliability and reduced in labor and time required for maintenance inspection is provided.
