PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fatigue of the eyes of a user without requesting a complicated operation by moving a model in a depth direction so that an estimated watching range is within a stereoscopic viewing facile area, changing the size of the model in accordance with a moving distance and generating display picture data with changed model data. SOLUTION: A watching range decision means 13 decides the range in which an observer highly possibly watches the model. A model moving means 14 moves the model in a direction orthogonal to a display face so that the watching range is within the stereoscopic viewing facile area. A model enlargement/ reduction means 15 enlarges/reduces the size of the model moved by the model moving means 14 in accordance with the moving distance by changing data of the model changed by the model moving means 14. A picture data generation means 20 generates picture data to be displayed based on data of the model whose size is changed.
