摘要 The present invention relates to a corrugated filling synthetic material structure comprising at least a fibrous weft, which is bent to form a plurality of folds having alternate peaks and bases, each of the folds having a pair of legs, each of said legs comprising a first leg surface and a second leg surface, the first leg surface of a leg is in close contact with the first leg surface of a leg adjacent to said fold, and the second leg surface of said leg is in close contact with the second leg surface of a leg adjacent to an adjacent fold over a portion of each leg; in at least the pick defining a first structural surface and in at least some of the bases defining a second structural surface which defines the thickness of the structure, the structure folds are arranged through thickness which varies the structure density between the first and the second structural surfaces.
