<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a personal effect holder from making unpleasant noise during walking and improve the quality by eliminating a play on a rotary part by using a spring plate. SOLUTION: A rotary part includes a spring plate 4, a rotary plate 5 and a base plate 6. The rotary plate 5 has a rotation permissive cut 18 that is formed by raising the edge of a rotary plate 5 toward the base plate 6 and cutting off a part of raised edge, recessed slots 12 formed on the upside, and set holes 10 in outside parts. The spring plate 4 is a metallic disk with a domed part 16 in the middle and has set holes 9 at positions in both outside parts corresponding to the set holes 10. A contact part 7 of the base plate 6 is sandwiched between the rotary plate 5 and the spring plate 4 and the rotary part is attached to a holder part with rivets 15 that are inserted through the set holes 9 and 10 to form a rotary mechanism. As the spring plate 4 is fixed on the rotary plate 5, it presses the middle of the contact part 7 of the base plate 6 so that the rotary plate 5 and the spring plate 4 can rotate on the contact part 7 without a play.</p> |
